Finding your way around the shop is just as easy and flexible too. There's a search tool, a pop-up list of product types, and the separate ranges are listed down the left hand side of the shop pages. You choose what you want to look at, have a peek at some close-ups, and, when you find something that tickles your fancy, simply add it to your shopping cart. You can add and remove to your heart's content until you're ready to checkout. After giving your billing and delivery details, you'll be transferred to the secure
WorldPay server to give your card details - and your payment will be authorised or declined right there and then. We ship all of our orders by recorded delivery, so you can be sure they will arrive safe and sound. As soon as you have placed an order you can use the worlds first on line pant tracker system, that will allow you to keep an eye on where your pants are in our monkey factory (at every stage - and you may be surprised what stages they go through !). We will also send you an email confirming despatch and finally we will supply you with a recorded delivery reference number on the royal mail on line system if you wish to use their own on line reporting system. We aim to despatch all of our orders within 48 hours of receipt during weekday trading. Shipping times vary with destination - but as a rough guide try this.
I will also send you a confirmation email that we have shipped your order - so you will know when to look out for your package for your package! - all part of our service. Should our products not meet your expectations in any way, you can return them to ourselves and have either a full refund or a replacement product. We allow 14 days from the receipt of goods in which to do this, as we cannot operate this policy on any garments that have been worn (for reasons of hygiene). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All of our garments are lovingly produced in the UK and we examine and pack every product ourselves to ensure that the toughest quality standards are always met.
