Study these two pictures closely (it's a tough job ladies, but someone's got to do it).
Now spot the difference. (Spot the ball would be much too easy.)
Tricky one huh?
Not, apparently, in the eyes of the Advertising Standards Authority.
They say the model in the Brass Monkeys ad, picture above left, is "far too big." Yet the Sloggi ad on the right has passed without comment.
Aside from the hypopcrisy that there seem little such restrictions for the use of women in sexually provocative ad campaigns, this comparison of male underwear pictures shows up the ASA's indiscriminate policy even more. So now it is back to the drawing board for "The Loin King" creators who have been ordered to use someone else who is less well-endowed.
If they want another Disney title with a twist for their new slogan, I have a suggestion.
