Many of our Monkey customers just cant wait to get their hands on Britain's finest pants, and although we pride ourselves in being the fastest delivered undies in the world, we thought we would let you monitor your order through the various stages of its progress - just so you know how your monkeys are swinging through our system.
From placement of your order you can now check at anytime on what department now has your goodies and what exactly they are doing with them, you'll see that we have many varied stages and some pretty rigorous testing procedures before we can let these King Kongs of the undie world out to you the customer, and finally as soon as we have recorded despatch we will confirm that your package is on its way to your "package".

After we have despatched your order - using the royal mail recorded delivery system, our pant tracker will provide you with the unique delivery reference number so that if you wish you can check with the royal mail on line tracking service.
To use our tracker just simply key in your five figure invoice number (as emailed to you after placing your
order) and your Brass Monkeys shop Username.
